The Johnstone Arms is a great village pub and hotel in the heart of a vibrant community in Alva, Clackmannanshire. It’s also the home of our band, where we gather every Monday for rehearsals.

To share our love of music and bring more people together from Alva and the surrounding area, we have started a monthly jam session held on the second Thursday of each month.

Fancy a wee jam or singalong with us? Everyone’s welcome! Whether you play guitar, ukulele, kazoo, or just want to sing your heart out, there’s a spot for you.  If you’ve always wanted to try the ukulele, we’re happy to share tips and get you strumming in no time.
