This is the privacy notice of The Clackmannanshire Ukulele Band (CUB’s ). In this document, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to Clackmannanshire Ukulele Band.

Introduction

We understand that all visitors to our website and members of our Band are entitled to know that their personal data will not be used for any purpose unintended by them and will not accidentally fall into the hands of a third party.

We do not ask you to create an account on our website, therefore a contract is not formedbetween you and us.

Email information of members is retained for the purposes of sending information in relation to the group and will be sent anonymised. Other information may also be retained, if required, for the purposes of contact, running the group and for promoting the group. Our social media page and webpage may contain photos and videos relating to the group. If you would like to exercise any of your rights regarding the publishing of photos and videos, please contact clackmannanshireukuleleband@gmail.com

8.  Removal of your information

This may limit the service we can provide to you.
